The Children's House Montessori School welcomes curious learners and their families in a partnership dedicated to meeting the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical needs of each child. Our admissions process is designed to introduce children and families to the philosophy and practice of Montessori education and to the vibrant Children’s House community. We invite you to schedule an appointment to tour the school or attend an open house and observe a classroom in session. Please see the Calendar + Events for an upcoming Open House.

Applications are accepted throughout the year. People interested in enrolling their child in Children's House may submit a completed Application of Admissions with the $50 non-refundable application fee. Enrollment is based on the result of an interview and evaluation with the Director of Children's House.

Priority is given to siblings and children of alumni. When a sibling is applying, the family must be in good standing with Children's House Montessori School; tuition payments are up-to-date; and there is space available in the program. Sibling priority may be rescinded should the family decide to withdraw their current student(s) prior to completion of the academic year. Sibling candidates are evaluated according to the same criteria as all other applicants and must follow the steps in the admissions process. A 10% discount on tuition is offered to siblings of currently enrolled students.

Children's House Montessori School admits children of any race, gender, religion, or national/ethic origin and any child admitted to our school is provided the same rights and privileges of programs and activities offered to other students at the school. Our policy is not to discriminate on the basis of religion, race, sex or national origin.
